Our Booking Policy

Please note that a booking closes 1 hour before the session starts. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation with less than 24-hour notice is subject to a $15 cancellation fee. We will advise on the best option to pay the cancellation fee. Sometimes things come up on short notice. If this is your case, please call us as soon as possible if your cancellation or rescheduling will be less than a 24-hour notice. Failure to honor our policies could result in the forfeiture of future services.
